Partner FAQ

Answers to common questions about partnering with Flash Restorations. Can’t find what you need? Contact us.

Who can partner with Flash Restorations?

We work with local restoration companies across the UK that offer water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, flood, storm, sewage or emergency restoration. You should be established in your area, have appropriate insurance and ideally work to industry standards (e.g. IICRC). We welcome both referral-only and subcontract partners.

What is the difference between referral and subcontract partner?

As a referral partner, we send you customer enquiries in your area. You quote and contract directly with the customer and do the work under your own business. As a subcontract partner, we send you work under the Flash Restorations name—you deliver the job to our standards and we manage the customer relationship. We’ll discuss which model fits you when we review your application.

What areas do you look for partners in?

We’re interested in partners across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We particularly look at areas where we get high enquiry volume or where we need local capacity. When you apply, tell us the towns, cities, regions or postcodes you serve so we can match leads to you.

What happens after I submit the partner application?

We review your company details, services and areas served. If we’re a good fit, we’ll contact you within a few business days to discuss next steps—either referral terms or subcontract arrangements. There’s no obligation; you can decide after we’ve explained how it works.

Is there a cost or fee to partner?

We don’t charge an upfront fee to join the partner network. Referral and subcontract terms are agreed when we onboard you. Any commercial terms will be explained clearly before you commit.

Do I need to be IICRC certified?

IICRC or equivalent standards are preferred, especially for subcontract work. For referral-only partners we’re more flexible, but we expect quality work and proper insurance. Tell us about your certifications in your application.

Can I still work with other companies?

Yes. Referral partners are independent—you can work with other networks or customers as you do now. Subcontract partners may have exclusivity or non-compete terms for work we send; we’ll clarify this when we agree terms.

How do I get more information before applying?

Read our partner benefits page and this FAQ. If you still have questions, contact us and we’ll answer as quickly as we can.
